The Guthrie Center Farmers Market will meet for the first time this year on Saturday.

The farmers market will be from 9-11am on specific Saturday mornings throughout the summer and into the fall. Organizer Krissy Swensen says that they have 30 local vendors that participate and make the market a fun event. There are 10 farmers markets planned from this Saturday through October 12th, with three being in the month of June. The other two days the farmers market will be held in June are the 15th and 29th. Swenson mentions that those interested in attending should keep an eye on their Facebook, as they may share information about anything extra to happen during the farmers market.
