Unit 1 was traveling south on 800 blk of 16th St following behind Unit 2 who made a wide turn to pull into his driveway using his blinker. While turning wide to avoid hitting another car Unit 1 Decided to pass Unit 2 on their right side while passing unit 2’s front passenger side struck Unit 1’s drivers side door area. No injury, functional damage on truck, tow was privately arranged. Citation issued to driver of unit 1 for passing on the wrong side.
