Arrest: Crystal Jolene Elston, age44, 410 W 2nd St., Woodward was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), 1st 2nd or 3rd
subsequent, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrest: Nicholas John Willenborg, age 43, 6781 Sunset Terrace, Windsor Heights was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.

Arrest: Matthew James Casey, age 39, 501 W 5th St., Madrid was arrested on a Dallas County warrant, perry’s original charge theft 5th degree.

Accident:

Unit 1 white 2015 Ford F250 pick up registered to and driven by Craig Alan Nelson, 21290 Northcrest Ave, Minburn.

Unit 1 was attempting to park in the 1200 block of 1st Ave and accidently hit the gas instead of the brake throwing the vehicle forward striking a large concrete flower bed. Minor injuries to the driver. Total estimated damages $5,500.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
