The West Central Valley School Board met in regular session Wednesday night.

The Board held a public hearing regarding the 2023-24 budget amendment, approving the resolution to pass the amendment, then entered the regular meeting. They approved the Guthrie County Hazard Mitigation Plan, the second reading of a policy regarding purchasing, bidding, suspension and debarment of vendors and contractors, along with a resolution for a contract and bonds with Sandstone Management.

The Board then approved the 2024-25 milk bid from AE, Authentic Intellectual Work Institute contract and Kids Campus contracts for the summer of 2024 and the 24-25 school year. They also approved the school resource officer (SRO) agreement, the building automation system for Dexter Elementary, and an adjustment of $1.50/hour for eligible paraeducators, then entered an exempt session.
