It’s Greene County and East Sac County in a girl/boy varsity soccer doubleheader in Wall Lake starting later today and going into tonight. The boys start things off at 5:30 p.m. with the girls playing the nightcap. The contests are the last ones of the regular season for the Greene County teams as postseason play for both the girls and boys begins this Monday.

Coach Carl Behne’s boys’ squad is 9-2 and is averaging six goals per contest while allowing an average of just over one goal. The Raiders have played just seven matches, winning four and losing three.

Coach Maribel Hernandez’ girls’ team is 0-10 with just one goal scored to this point of the season. ESC has a 6-5 record.
