Austin Farmer, West Des Moines, was stopped at a stop sign at Ute Ave and Westown Parkway.  He pulled into the intersection and collided with a vehicle driven by Irving Garcia, Des Moines.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated to Mr. Garcia’s car at $5000.  Damage to Mr. Farmer’s car was estimated at $600.  Mr. Farmer was cited for Fail To Obey Stop Sign And Yield Right Of Way.

Skylon Kpayeh, age 19, 630 NE Alices Road, Waukee, was arrested for Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked and Driving While License Under Suspension.

Jazzmyn McKinley, age 25, 105 N. 2nd Ave, Villisca, was arrested on a warrant for Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
