Tomorrow there will be a self defense seminar at Restore Wellness Studio in Panora.

The class will take place from 3-5pm, and is geared towards high school junior and senior students. Lakeside Massage and Bodyworks Owner and Panora Chamber of Commerce Coordinator Erica Matthies says that she and other organizers thought it would be a good idea to hold the class at this time, as seniors are preparing to head to college. Parents and guardians are also allowed to attend, and the cost to attend is a free will donation of items for the Hope Ministries Women’s Shelter in Des Moines.
