The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Boys Golf team is off to a 2-0 start, after picking up first place Thursday afternoon.

The Tigers played in their second meet of the season yesterday in Woodward and came out on top in first place against six other teams. The team scored 163 strokes and Senior Finn Garton shot an impressive 38, placing him second overall tied with North Polk’s Dyllon Ireland.

The other teams that participated in the meet include Ballard, Madrid, West Marshall, North Polk, Webster City, and Woodward-Granger. The next meet for ADM will be on Monday at 1pm at the Ames Golf & Country Club.
