12:36pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 300 block of South 19th Street, Grand Junction.

2:15pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 600 block of Head Street, Churdan.

2:49pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check near 220th Street and W Avenue.

4:39pm: A deputy investigated a scam in the 400 block of Main Street, Scranton.

4:50pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a medical issue in the 200 block of East Gallup Road.

8:13pm: The Sheriff and a deputy investigated a domestic in the 700 block of Main Street, Scranton.

Saturday, April 6th

9:15am: A deputy investigated an illegal dumping complaint in the 1000 block of Main Street, Scranton.

10:30am: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1100 block of Livingston Street, Scranton.

11:41am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near U Avenue.

1:43pm: A deputy and Scranton Fire responded to a ditch fire on E Avenue near 260th Street.

6:09pm: A deputy investigated a report of a tree across the roadway on D Avenue near 125th Street.

Sunday, April 7th

2:17am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a stolen vehicle from Texas. Deidra Sheets 60 of Gowrie was arrested for providing false information and operating without owner’s consent.

3:02am: A deputy investigated a car in the ditch on 220th Street near B Avenue. Cade Brincks 19 of Carroll was arrested for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

8:25am: Cade Brincks 19 of Carroll was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

11:13am: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 600 block of S Avenue.

12:48pm: A deputy investigated an open 911 call near 215th Street near U Avenue.

5:05pm: A deputy investigated a burning complaint in the 200 block of 7th Street, Grand Junction.

6:35pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop on 210th Street near Neola Avenue.

7:24pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint on Sand Street, Churdan.

8:15pm: Steve Wetzel 54 of Paton was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
