The AC/GC Chargers faced weather challenges at the beginning of this last week, but saw some accomplishments to finish the week off.

Monday both the high school golf teams had their meets postponed due to weather, as did the junior high track and field teams. The high school track and field teams were set to compete at Panorama on Tuesday, but that meet was canceled due to weather as well.

Both the Chargers high school track teams finally saw action Thursday night though, as they competed at the Van Meter meet. Both teams faced some larger schools with Boone and Ames attending in the girls division, Atlantic participating in the boys division, and ADM and Winterset competing in both divisions.
