Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Track teams ran well with both boys and girls capturing a first place finish in Van Meter.

Raccoon Valley Radio will highlight the boys accomplishments tomorrow as today’s focus will be on the girls. The Tigers saw Junior Calli Seehase finish third in the 100 meter dash, with Sophomore Peyton Standley and Junior Aniston Tollari go sixth and seventh. Freshmen Allie Eggleston won the 3000 meter with a time of 11:39.

In the relays, ADM finished first in the 4×200, 4×400, and the 4×100 meter shuttle hurdle relay. They placed second in the 4×800, and third in the 4×100. For field events, Tollari was first in the long jump (17-01.00), Junior London Warmuth got first in the high jump (5-05.00), and it was Junior Kennedy Stanford winning the shot put (37-02.00).

The Tigers scored a total of 177 points to take first place out of eight teams. ADM will be back in action on Tuesday as they travel to Pella.
