With the calendar flipping to April today, Dallas Center – Grimes Mustangs athletics are currently in full swing in the spring calendar. This week will be no exception as the teams that competed last week will be looking to build upon the success that they found.

Today girls golf will be looking at Legacy Golf Course South of Des Moines and boys track and field will be having a meet in Grimes. Tomorrow boys and girls tennis will be taking on Newton, boys and girls soccer will be taking on Oskaloosa, and boys and girls track and field will be competing at Adel-DeSoto-Minburn.

Thursday will be a very busy day for DCG, as girls golf will have a meet at Newton, boys and girls tennis will be competing against Norwalk, boys track and field will be competing at Indianola, and boys  soccer will be at home against Des Moines Christian.

DCG will hope to find some wins this week as they enter a resume building month of April, with hopes of finding great results that helps build to postseason success in May and June.
