The Perry City Council will meet on Monday and one of the main items is to discuss a request to release a funds form for a housing conversion grant contract.

The contract is the 7015 request for the release of funds form for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Upper Story Housing Conversion Grant. Other items on the agenda to be considered for approval is setting a public hearing date on the proposed fiscal year 2025 budget, authorizing signatures for the necessary forms for the CDBG  housing conversion contract, along with an aid to construction with Minburn Communications, a pay application for the Frog Creek Restoration project, and a runway 14/32 relocation phase two and three at the Perry Municipal Airport.

Additional items feature an amendment to the downtown housing grant agreement, an underground electric line easement, and an application by Region XII Council Governments to the Iowa Finance Authority for the 2024 Down Payment Assistance Program and providing for necessary matching funds. The meeting will be held Monday at 6pm in the Towncraft Building, 1122 Willis Avenue, in Perry.
