A street closure begins today in Perry and will last a few days.

The City of Perry announces that 10th Street from Iowa Street to Pine Street will be closed for maintenance. According to a press release, city crews will be working on concrete road repairs with the plan to reopen Friday morning, allowing access only to residents in the area. The City asks motorists to drive around the closed off area and not to remove any barricades as it creates a huge safety issue for employees and residents.
