On Saturday the Panorama Panther girls faced off against the Perry Jayettes in a soccer scrimmage at Panora resulting in the Panthers securing a 7-0 victory over the Jayettes. Everything seemed to be working for the Panthers in the first period, as the Panthers came out with a fire that the Perry Jayettes just did not seem to have an answer for. In the first period, the Panther girls scored an impressive 5 goals, but did not appear satisfied with their 5-0 lead after the first period because the Panthers came back out and scored 2 more goals in the second period of the match. The Panthers ended the scrimmage with a shut out, holding the Jayettes scoreless while notching in 7 goals.

The Panther girls had their first official game of the season yesterday, and results will be announced as they are posted. Panther girls soccer continues today as the Panthers take on Kuemper Catholic in Carroll tonight. The match starts at 5:30PM.
