Darwin Glade, age 59, 31827 240th St, Dallas Center, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear For Judgment Debtor Examination.

Benjamen Madison, Adel, was traveling south on Prospect Ave near 27906 Prospect, when a truck pulling a flatbed trailer, driven by Jeffrey Marker, Adel, backed the trailer out onto Prospect Ave.  Mr. Madison did not have time to avoid a collision with the trailer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $25000 to Mr. Madison’s vehicle.  Damage was estimated at $10000 to Mr. Marker’s vehicle and trailer.  Mr. Marker was issued a citation for Failure To Yield Entering Through Highway.

Francisco Mora, age 31, 1816 Warford St, Perry, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was also cited for Open Container and No Valid Driver’s License.

Coridan McGinley, age 40, 36663 Deerfield Dr, Cumming, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault.

Tabetha Tingwald, age 48, 15742 Tanner Lane, Woodward, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Fraudulent Practice and Violation of Probation.

Sandra Smith, Earlham, was driving in the 36500 block of I Ave when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Donald Caldwell, age 69, 15742 Tanner Lane, Woodward,  was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of Controlled Substance.

RD Nicolaisen, age 33, 12842 Houston Ave, Perry, was arrested for Willful Injury and Domestic Abuse Assault.

Kaylie Wallace, age 24, 1615 Taylor St, Redfield, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault.

Angel Rodriguez, age 31, 6630 Cody Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested on four warrants for Failure To Appear.  The original charges were Operating while Under The Influence, Operating A Non Registered Vehicle, Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability and Open Container.

Melissa Huff, age 43, 7202 SW 17th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Jacob Boland, age 38, 33397 Houston Trl, Earlham, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
