The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School District is looking to strengthen their cybersecurity to protect from malicious intent.
ADM Superintendent Greg Dufoe tells Raccoon Valley Radio that a contract renewal was approved by the School Board at their February meeting withCrowdstrike, which helps efforts to mitigate cybersecurity. He acknowledges the importance of protecting the school district’s network from being hacked.
“As we continue to safeguard our data, and schools are becoming more and more targeted for data breaches and hacking, so this is an important part of our process.”
Dufoe credits ADM’s Technical Director Sebastian Seifert for making the recommendation for this improvement.
