The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow evening.

The meeting will begin with a public hearing to rezone a property from light industrial to multi-family residential 3 for a developer, KCG Development, south of Ace Hardware. Following the hearing, the Council will consider approving the rezoning request. Another public hearing will then be held regarding issuing up to $1.7 million in general obligation bonds to resurface East Lincoln Way and purchasing two sanitation trucks. Following the hearing, the Council will consider approving the bond measure. 

Additionally, the Council will consider approving a resolution for an amendment for the airport federal funding grant agreements, a pay estimate toward the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project, a resolution to hire a new golf course superintendent, and waiving the review of a plat of survey for a resident. The Council will also set a public hearing date for the plans and specifications, form of contract, and cost estimate for the resurfacing project on East Lincoln Way.
