Timothy Lewellin Jr., age 38, 1107 Sugar Grove Ave, Dallas Center, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled or Revoked.

Robert Allen III, age 39, 4940 NE 14th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation.

Feb. 8

Emmanuel Soroba, age, 36, 100 2nd Ave, Des Moines, was arrested for Driving While Barred.  He was also cited for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
