8:10am: Justin Downs (38) of Churdan was booked into the Greene County Jail for leaving the scene of an accident, harassment 3 rd degree, assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, criminal mischief 4th degree and theft 5th degree.

2:22pm: A deputy is investigating harassment in the 200 blk of 7th St. South.

6:58pm: A deputy was advised of a careless driver in the 1300 blk of 220th St.

10:00pm: A deputy was advised of a careless driver in the 2400 blk of 220th St.

10:49pm: A deputy was advised of suspicious activity in the 1800 blk of 283rd St.

11:53pm: Tanner Bush (37) of Churdan was booked into the Greene County Jail for Interference with Official Acts.

Sunday, February 4th

1:50pm: A deputy performed a welfare check in the 600 blk of State St. in Scranton.

2:41pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of harassment in the 900 blk of Grant St. in Scranton.

3:32pm: A deputy was advised of a careless driver in the 100 blk of 220th St.

5:18pm: A deputy was advised of harassment in the 500 blk of Main St. East in Grand Junction

7:54pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 600 blk of State St. in Scranton.

8:31pm: A deputy was advised of cattle out in the 900 blk of 220th St.

12:34am: Larry Bush (59) of Churdan was booked into the Greene County Jail for Operating while intoxicated 1st offense and child endangerment x3.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
