The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will be meeting tomorrow as they look for more information on the Monster Acres Deed.
During last Tuesday’s meeting, the board was proposed with a deed to dedicate half of “S” Avenue to Dallas County and use the other half as an easement. The board questioned what benefits this project had for the county, which couldn’t be answered at the time due to the main surveyor behind the project not in attendance. The item is on the agenda for tomorrow’s meeting, so the board will be looking to gather all the details.
Other items on the agenda include the board receiving a scheduled timeline about the Criminal Court Building Project, set a public hearing on the final plat Sullivan, discuss the Generator Grant Agreement Amendment Letter, as well as having a Budget Workshop for the EMS. The meeting will be held tomorrow morning at 9am at 902 Court Street in Adel.
