Johnathon Wells, age 24, 2212 E. Rose Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Jeree Mozee, age 26, 1218 Williams St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Domestic Abuse Assault.

Seth Blitz, age 32, 1616 3rd St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Harassment.

Chevy Sauer, age 34, 606 1st St, Fontanelle, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation.

Jan. 19

A vehicle owned by Jennifer Stirling, Clive, was found in the median on I80 near the 112 mile marker.  It had crashed into the guard rails.  No driver was on scene when the vehicle was found.  Due to the proximity of the road and the vehicle, it had to be towed for the snow plows to continue to make the road passable.  There was approximately $2000 damage done to the vehicle.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
