The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today.
The Board will consider for approval a payroll change notice for Stacey Harris-Molina in HOPES, paid holidays for the 2024 calendar year, set meeting dates for the Board of Supervisors and approve official county newspapers. They will then consider for approval annual appointments for 20 positions/commissions/boards, and to adopt resolutions appointing members to the 2024 Compensation Commission and giving the Auditor authority to make fixed charges per Iowa code.
The Board will also consider for approval a resolution giving the County Engineer final acceptance, and a construction evaluation resolution., then hear a department head update from Information Technology Director Brian Hoffman on the Public Health Department Door Access System. The meeting will begin at 9am, and be held in the Board of Supervisors room in the Guthrie County Courthouse. For those unable to attend in person, there is a digital option via Microsoft Teams.
