Dallas Center – Grimes will be looking to start 2024 on the right foot at they will be looking to do some damage this upcoming week.

Boys wrestling will have their first meet of the New Year on Thursday when they take on Carlisle, Indianola, and North Polk at Carlisle High School in what should be some good competition. On Saturday, they will compete in their tournament of the new year when they wrestle multiple schools over at Benton High School. The girls will be having their first tournament at Ogden High School with teams all over the state competing in the event.

Boys and girls basketball will only have one game this upcoming week with that to be a Little Hawkeye Conference matchup against the Indianola Indians on the road.
