Jesselle Miller, age 19, 4706 E. Shelby Rd, Medina, NY, was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of Controlled Substance.  

Jossiyah Gatewood, age 22, 4706 Shelby Rd, Medina, NY, was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of Controlled Substance. 

Nathan Lattz, age 43, 1712 NW Gabus Dr, Grimes, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence. 

Shannon Schumacher, age 47, 402 W. Russell St, Jefferson,  was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Abandonment of Cats and Dogs w/Serious Injury Or Death. 

Barbara Burkhart, age 57, 1806 Rose St, Granger, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked. 

Brooke Carter, age 33, 406 S. 2nd St, Winterset, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While Barred. 

November 23

Shari Lowe, age 32, 318 Marshall St, Dexter, was arrested for Provide False Identification Information, Driving While License Denied Or Revoked and Harassment Of Public Official Or Employee.

Brendan James, age 23, 419 SE 2nd, Ogden, was arrested on a warrant for Operate Vehicle Without Owners Consent. 

Rachelle Larson, Woodburn, was driving in the 17000 block of Hwy 141 when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and the vehicle had an estimated $5000 damage.  The vehicle was able to be driven from the scene. 

November 24

Alfred Ubeda, West Des Moines, was driving in the 34000 block of Ute Ave when he failed to navigate a turn and went into the ditch, rolling the vehicle. He was taken to Methodist Hospital by Waukee EMS for evaluation of any injuries.  Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $20000.  The investigation continues. 

November 25

Leah Grentzer, age 44, 1500 Woodland Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 4th  degree. 

Jordyn Achenbach-Cain, Menlo, was driving in the 22000 block of Minburn Rd, when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000. 

Nichole McKiernan-Struve, Clarinda, was driving on I80 near the 104 mile marker, when she lost control due to slick conditions and went into the ditch.  The vehicle rolled once and landed on it’s wheels.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000. 

Mason Hawley, Boone, was traveling North on Hwy 17 at the river bridge, when he collided with a vehicle driven by Elizabeth Roberts, Boone.  The bridge was completely ice covered at the time of the accident.  No injuries were reported and damage to Ms. Roberts car was estimated at $1500.  Damage to Mr. Hawley’s vehicle was estimated at $1500.  

Ilya Dobin, Omaha, NE, was traveling on I80 near the 104 mile marker, when he lost control due to icy conditions.  While braking to regain control, his vehicle was struck by one driven by Rosalee Gunderson, Fort Collins, CO.  No injuries were reported and damage to Ms. Gunderson’s vehicle was estimated at $5000.  Damage to Mr. Dobin’s vehicle was estimated at $3000.  

 A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
