Casey’s annual Christmas event is coming up next weekend.

Christmas in Casey will be December 2nd, starting in the morning, and going through the afternoon. A vendor fair will take place from 9am to 2pm at the Casey Community Building, with local craftsmen, artists and business owners participating. There will also be a children’s mall at the Casey Methodist Church from 9am to 1pm, to give children a chance to find gifts for family members.

The Casey Library will serve refreshments from 10am to noon, before announcing winning bids from the silent auction that is currently taking place. A soup lunch will be served at the Casey Community Building from 11am to 1pm, and a visit from Santa from noon to 12-12:30pm.
