Thursday, November 9th
9:20am: H.D. Meinecke spoke with an officer in connection to a Civil Issue.
4:59pm: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 100 Block of West Washington Street.
5:39pm: A caller advised of a Suspicious Male in the 400 Block of West McKinley Street. The officer did not locate the subject.
9:25pm: Hy-Vee reported a car in the parking lot with a dog inside. The store is closed and no one is left inside. The officer arrived and made attempts to reach the vehicle’s owner., but was unsuccessful. The officer placed the dog in the Animal Holding Facility.
9:25pm: Jeana Keller reported glass on the roadway in the 900 Block of East Lincoln Way Street. The officer found a bag of ice had been dropped on the roadway, no glass.
Friday, November 10th
12:57am: The Cobble Stone Hotel reported locating suspected narcotics in a bathroom at 771 Wild Rose Lane. The officer took possession of the substance, which tested positive for cocaine. The item will be destroyed.
11:15am: An officer began an investigation, after receiving a complaint, on a Sexual Abuse.
12:45pm: H.D. Meinecke spoke with an officer about a Civil Issue.
4:10pm: A caller advised of a Careless Driver on 220th Street, heading to Jefferson. The officer located the reported vehicle and performed a Traffic Stop with the vehicle. The officer determined it was a Tired Driver.
4:39pm: An officer provided Traffic Control in the 1700 Block of North Elm Street, while Jefferson Fire was putting out a truck fire.
4:53pm: Extra Patrol was requested in the 500 Block of West Stanford, after a Suspicious Male was seen in the area.
5:33pm: The Sierra Movie Theatre reported subjects yelling out of an upstairs apartment in the 200 Block of East State Street. They were harassing customers at the movie. The officer spoke to group in a nearby apartment and advised them to end the practice.
8:08pm: An officer removed a deceased deer from the roadway near Westwood and Linwood.
8:39pm: Sean Sebourn reported a possible Intoxicated Driver leaving 1409 North Elm Street. The vehicle was not located.
Saturday, November 11th
9:47am: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 100 Block of South Grimmell Road.
1:13pm: An officer was advised of a Stray Dog in the 200 Block of South Chestnut Street. The officer placed the dog in the Animal Holding Facility.
1:44pm: A Traffic Stop in the 900 Block of West State Street resulted in Bailey Jones of Boone being cited for, “Operation without Registration.”
Sunday, November 12th
2:06am: An officer performed a Traffic Stop on a vehicle with a faulty rear tail lamp in the 2000 Block of North Mulberry Street. Susana Magna Moline of Fort Dodge was issued a citation for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.” Santos Rodriguez Castro and Humberto Tolentino, both of Fort Dodge, were cited for, “Open Container-Passenger.”
11:40am: A Traffic Stop in the 500 Block of South Chestnut Street resulted in Kyle Brown of Jefferson being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability and Excessive Speed.”
12:01pm: The Super 8 Motel requested an officer at 207 West Gallop Road, for a subject barricaded in her room and refusing to leave. Angela Lou Dudley, 50 of Jefferson was arrested for, “Trespass – Simple and Interference with Official Acts – Simple.”
8:25pm: An officer responded to a car vs. Deer Accident in the 1600 Block of Neola Ave, until the deputy could arrive.
11:30pm: An officer located a subject in Daubendiek Park and spoke to them. The officer advised the park had closed and the subject went on his way.
