The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.
The Board will consider for approval the sheriff’s quarterly report of fees and a resolution to transfer funds of $69,342.50 from tax increment financing to the debt service fund to pay interest and the bonds for the career academy. Then at 9am will be a public hearing on the 2024 fiscal year budget amendment and after that the Board will consider approving the resolution for the amendment and appropriating funds.
Additionally, the Board will consider a lease agreement with GreatAmerica Financial Services for a new copier, scanner, fax machine for information technology/drainage and the ambulance department. Finally, the Board will hear an update from Greene County Development Corporation about the Kading Properties housing project.
