The Perry City Council will meet Monday night.

The meeting will start with two public hearings, including an amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan for the Perry Urban Renewal Area, and a resolution for a development agreement with Percival Scientific Incorporated. The Council will then consider approving the resolution for the amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan and the development agreement with Percival Scientific Incorporated following the hearings.

Next, the Council will consider the 12th pay application for the first phase of the airport runway extension project, the seventh pay application for the second phase of the same project, the second change order for the runway project, a pay application for a digester blower replacement for the wastewater treatment plant emergency repair and the 29th pay application for the overall wastewater treatment plant improvement project.

Additionally, the Council will consider approving a resolution for appointments to the 2024 Dallas County E-911 Board, an addition to the volunteer fire department, a job description and pay range for a housing and development director and maintenance supervisor positions for the city.
