In the last Adair – Casey and Guthrie Center School Board Meeting, a new policy on student activity funds was accepted.
Superintendent Josh Rasmussen tells Raccoon Valley Radio why the Board was looking at adding the policy.
“If we wanted to do meals, maybe before a game, or send students to a state meet providing them meals, we’re just trying to come up with a new policy that allows us to do that.”
Rasmussen says that this policy was something that the Board discussed for a while, and ultimately decided was something that they wanted to do, and be able to do some things to help out when they could.
