Sunday, October 29th

Adam Gray Wilkinson, age 39 of 2718 Den Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of Eluding.

Charles Val Wilson, age 43 of 3044 Raccoon St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license suspended.

Madison Becker of Des Moines was traveling in the 33000 block of N Ave., when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2000.00.

Abraham Bell of Granger was traveling in the 15000 block of Highway 17 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $10000.00.

Daniel Tibben of Manning was traveling on the curve o Highway 141 near Woodward when a vehicle in the left lane driven by Dionel Jeudy of Orlando, FL side swiped him and continued to drive on. No injuries reported. Damage to Tibben’s vehicle estimated at $1500.00 and $1500.00 also to Jeudy’s.  

Monday, October 30th

Brock Anthony Bitner, age 35 of Hanna City, Ill. was arrested at the 105 mile marker of Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance, person ineligible to carry dangerous weapon and cited for speeding.

Gabrielle Alaia Carlin, age 26 of Mason City, Ill, was arrested at the 105 mile marker of Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
