The Jayettes hit the pool at the McCreary Community Center Tuesday night for their final regular season triangular meet of the year, as they took on both Carroll and Algona. The Jayettes honored their 5 graduating seniors before the meet began. Perry finished in second place overall in the meet. The final scores included Carroll narrowly defeating the Jayettes 87 to 73, and Perry soundly beating Algona 99 to 59. Madeline McDevitt, Addison Huntington, Lilly Riley, and Emily Dowd finished their medley relay in a time of 2:14:91. That came in second place against Carroll and 1st against Algona. Quinn-Mahler Moreno took 1st place overall with a time of 1:58:99 in the 200 M freestyle. Sophia McDevitt also finished in first place in the 100 M butterfly as she put up a time of 1:03:79. It was stellar night in the pool for the Jayettes as they put up some good times to close out the regular season. They will now shift their attention to the Ames State Qualifying Meet.
