12:47am: A deputy assisted the Webster County Sheriff’s Office with a pursuit near Harcourt.

7:15am: A deputy and an Iowa State Trooper investigated a single vehicle in the ditch on 220th Street and J Avenue.

9:29am: A deputy investigated an illegal hunting complaint on Mulberry Avenue near 210th Street.

9:50am: A deputy contacted the DNR for a dead eagle on 235th Street near Jordan Avenue.

10:05am: Marissa Olson 33 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

1:36pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 600 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

4:51pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 400 block of East Paton Street, Paton.

5:20pm: The Sheriff and deputies conducted a search warrant at 1002 East Main Street, Grand Junction. Suspected controlled substances were seized and charges are pending lab results.

6:16pm: The Sheriff conducted a traffic stop on Wildrose Lane. Suspected controlled substances and drug paraphernalia were seized. Charges are pending lab results.

7:27pm: The Sheriff and deputies conducted a search of a residence at 800 Percival Street, Grand Junction. Suspected controlled substances and drug paraphernalia were seized. Charges are pending lab results.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
