The Adel Public Library will add another location trick or treaters can stop to ask for candy. 

The library will have its “Not So Scary Haunted Library,” from 10 to 11:30am on Saturday. Patron Services Manager Amy Puck says that Children can come in costume and visit different stations of storybook villains set-up around the library. She notes this is put on by their teen advisory board.

“Walk to different stations where your kids can bring a bag or a bucket. They will have treats for them. We do encourage the kids to come in costume, but it’s definitely not required. This is kind of geared for the younger kids, but please all are welcome and this is put on by your local teens.”
