The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn and Perry Music Departments are once again preparing students for the Iowa High School Music Association All-State auditions today.

Perry’s Music Department will be sending 10 vocal students along with three students using instruments that include two on the trombone and one on the oboe instrument. The Blue jays will perform at the Atlantic High School location. For ADM’s Musical Department, they will send 12 students using an instrument in the following categories of trumpet, trombone, flute clarinet and saxophones. There will be 14 vocal ADM students performing. The first round of auditions will start at 9am and 12:30pm. Qualifiers will then perform at the All-State Festival in Ames on the campus of Iowa State University from November 16th-18th.
