A generation of firefighters will lead the next “A Conversation with,” program at the Hometown Heritage Carnegie Library Museum in Perry.

The “A Conversation with,” program allows community leaders to come talk to residents and share information. Library Director Mary Murphy says they are excited to have the Eitman family who have a long tradition of being a part of the Perry Fire Department and they will come to talk about their experiences. Murphy says this is paired with their exhibit.

“In the month of October, we are having an exhibit titled Perry Firefighter History Exhibit. The Eitman family has generously donated items, along with Rick Kuhns and Larry Vodnik. We will accompany this with “A Conversation With” a history event, and it’s free and open to the public.

The program will be from 6 to 7pm on Thursday at the Carnegie Library Museum. For more information contact the Hometown Heritage Carnegie Library Museum.
