Dennis Kemble, Yale, was traveling in the 21600 block of Minburn Rd when he hit an animal.  While trying to avoid the collision, he swerved and lost control of the vehicle, striking both sides of a bridge.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $7000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Natalio De La Cruz, age 31, 660 SE Alices Rd, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Public Intoxication.
