The Mary J Barnett Memorial Library is preparing for their events during the second part of the month.

Next Wednesday, October 18th, Judi Zimmerline will be hosting a Boredom Buster from 3-4pm, where children will be able to do some crafts after school. On October 19th Zimmerline will be hosting the monthly card making class at 9am. Admission for the class is only $5, which covers the supplies needed.

Also on the 19th, the cookbook club will meet at 6:30pm, with members bringing foods prepared from the recipes in “The Well Plated Cookbook.” On October 20th they will have a Friday Story Hour at 10am with a scary theme where children will make monster donuts, and on October 27th the Story Hour will have Halloween theme and handprint ghost craft. To finish off the month, the library will host their 4th annual Lib-Boo-ary Bash on Halloween from 5-7:15pm.
