This Saturday is going to be busy in Guthrie Center.
Guthrie Center’s Fall Festival will be from 9am to 1pm, with Main Street Guthrie Center, Guthrie Center Chamber of Commerce, the Guthrie Center Farmers Market and Relay for Life of Guthrie County working together to make sure everyone has fun. Main Street Guthrie Center Director Lindsay Gilland says that they and the Chamber will be hosting games, activities and fun throughout the day, while the farmers market will have their amazing vendors and activities, and Relay for Life of Guthrie County will serve a breakfast and lunch fundraiser at the Christian Church Fellowship Hall.
The breakfast will be from 9-10:30am, while lunch will be from 11am-1pm, with registered cancer survivors able to eat for free. Some of the events that will be hosted along with the farmers market include a petting zoo, a coffee bar, cakewalk, local art and live music by Paul Hawkins.
