Samuel Victor Kendall, 81, of Jefferson died at his home on October 1, 2023. Services are pending at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson. He is survived by his daughter Victoria Rueter (Dave) of Torrance, California; son William Kendall of Jefferson; granddaughter Jacqueline Crochet of Long Beach, California; 3 brothers: Jerry Kendall (Judy), Jon Kendall (Petra) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Howard Kendall (Rita) of Edmond, Oklahoma; and 2 sisters: Dorothy Grubbs (Dale) of Dawson, and Nola Antonian (Randy) of Grand Junction.
