Funeral services for Mary Purdy, 94, of Orient, will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 2 p.m. at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield with burial following in the Orient Cemetery.  A luncheon will be held at the Plymouth Congregational Church in Orient following the burial.  The Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of the professional arrangements.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.lambfuneralhomes.com

 Open Visitation:  Will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Family Visitation:  The family will greet friends on Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield.

 Memorials:  Memorials may be directed to the Plymouth Congregational Church in Orient.

Survivors:   She is survived by her son, Bill Purdy and wife Linda of Orient; daughter, Martha Rew and husband Jack of Overland Park, Kansas; daughter-in-law, Donna Purdy of Milford, Iowa; sister, Claudia Hammond (Gary) of Texas; 11 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
