1:47pm: A deputy investigated a hit and run accident in the 500 block of Anyer Street. Someone backed into a parked 2016 Ford Expedition causing an estimated 1,000 dollars in damage.

1:54pm: Robert Harvilicz 43 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a violation of a no contact order.

8:26pm: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on 235th Street near S Avenue.

8:56pm: A deputy investigated an open door in the 600 block of 1st Street, Rippey.

10:20pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest in the 1400 block of North Elm Street, Jefferson. Devin Hackfort 27 of Paton was arrested for interference with official acts and assault on persons in certain occupations bodily injury 2 counts.

Saturday, September 23rd

12:10am: Devin Hackfort 27 of Paton was booked into the jail for interference with official acts and 2 counts of assault of persons in certain occupations causing bodily injury.

1:47pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

3:25pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 1000 block of Main Street, Scranton.

10:31pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 1100 block of Irving Street, Scranton.

Sunday, September 24th

11:25am: A deputy investigated a suspicious person on W Avenue near U Avenue.

3:42pm: A deputy investigated an open 911 call in the 1100 block of 244th Street.

5:59pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check on 230th Street near T Avenue.

9:17pm: A deputy investigated a civil dispute in the 1000 block of Main Street, Grand Junction. Kailee Davidson 23 of Boone was arrested for assault simple, possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense 2 counts, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
