Celebration of life services will be held on Wednesday, September 27, at 11:00 a.m. at the Greenfield United Methodist Church.  A luncheon will immediately follow the service.  Pastor Melinda Stonebraker will officiate the service.  The Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of the professional arrangements.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.lambfuneralhomes.com.

Open visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 26, at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The family will greet friends on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Memorials May be directed to the Bonnie Jacobsen memorial fund to be established by the family at a later date.

Bonnie is survived by her husband Gene (Jake) Jacobsen of Greenfield; two daughters, Staci Eastman and husband David of Altoona and Jamie Shike and husband David of Greenfield; four grandchildren, Cole, Jenna, Lexi and Jacob; sister, Linda Koch (Ernie Ferderer) of Phoenix, Arizona; other relatives and friends.
