Both the West Central Valley boys and girls cross country teams participated in the ACGC Charger XC Invite on Thursday. The girls finished 7th overall in the race while the boys had a solid outing but ended up not placing. On the girls side of things, Taitlin Koch placed in 4th place overall in the race as she put up a time of 22:19. Zalina Morse was the next gal across the finish line for the Wildcats as she finished with a time of 25:09.
With the boys, Cael Hazen finished in 43rd place overall as he had a time of 21:29. Cadyn Guisinger wasn’t too far behind him as he came across the finish line at 22:21. The boys did not place in the meet overall. But they still had a good appearance in the meet.
Both boys and girls will be back in action on Monday in the Bulldog Invite at Lake Orient. The gun is set to go off at 4 PM for the boys and 4:30 for the girls. I will provide results right after the meet on Monday right here on K 107.9 and on our website at raccoonvalleyradio.com.
