1:01am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 500 block of North 16 th Street, Grand Junction.

6:52am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 500 block of D Avenue.

10:42am: A deputy investigated an open 911 call in the 300 block of West Main Street, Grand Junction.

12:55pm: A deputy investigated a fraud complaint in the 200 block of West Street, Cooper.

3:59pm: The Sheriff assisted with removing a tree from the roadway on 225th Street near Parkland Avenue.

9:09pm: The Sheriff conducted a traffic stop on 170th Street and Brentwood Avenue. Dawn Miller 48 of Lanesboro was arrested for trespass 1st offense 6 counts, no valid drivers license, theft 4th degree, and burglary 3rd degree to a motor vehicle second or subsequent offense.

11:35pm: Dawn Miller 48 of Lanesboro was booked into the jail for trespass 1st offense 6 counts, no valid drivers license, theft 4th degree, and burglary 3rd degree to a motor vehicle second or subsequent offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
