The Greene County School Board will meet tomorrow.
Under old business, the Board will consider for approval the seconding reading of 16 board policies. After administrative and committee reports, the Board will consider for approval school driving permit and fundraiser requests, early graduation requests, the 2023-24 handbook for coaches and the extracurricular payment schedule, an out of state travel request for the high school choir department, and the 2022-23 certified annual report, special education supplement report, and the annual transportation report.
Additionally, the Board will consider for approval the 2022-23 School Budget Review Committee requests for the special education deficit and excess to Limited English Proficiency, appoint a delegate to the Iowa Association of School Boards Assembly, the first reading of board policies for certified employee professional development, instructional and library materials inspection and display, and on school libraries. Finally, the Board will consider for approval bids for the demolition of the former school administration building.
