Oskaloosa snaps Dallas Center-Grimes volleyballs winning streak on Tuesday.
The Mustangs were on a three game winning streak before taking on the Indians on the road. Dallas Center-Grimes jumped out of the gate taking the first set and then winning the third set, but Oskaloosa would win the second , fourth and fifth sets and taking the match outright (3-2). Mustang Freshman Maggie Leifker led the team in kills with 13 and blocks with five, and freshman Gwen Farley added seven assist.
The Mustangs fall to a record of (7-3) and a conference record of (2-1). Their next match will be in the Bondurant-Farrar Tournament against either Bondurant-Farrar or Southeast Polk.
