The Adel City Council will meet on Tuesday.
The Council will consider for approval an award of a construction contract for the Adel Water Utility Improvements, job description for Finance Director and a Deputy City Administrator, FY23-24 Non-Union City Employee Wages, new three year agreement with Holmes Murphy for Insurance Brokerage Services, Adopting plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the Adel Water Utility Improvements and construction contract, fixing date for a public hearing on the proposal to convey certain real property to Dallas County, Iowa, preliminary and final plat of Torgerson Estates and items for the Southbridge Lift Station Improvements for the lift station.
