The Dallas County Board of Supervisors met on Tuesday.
The Board approved the real estate gift agreement from the City of Adel to acquire the vacant alleyway in block 12 and then they approved the state of Iowa enhanced security services memorandum of understanding and the ash tree removal quote from Extreme Tree for the amount of $1,382 to take down the ash tree on the south side of the courthouse.
Additionally, the Board approved the Administrative Building Project pay application number 5 for the amount of $1,359,602 to Turner Construction , Pitney Bowes postage meter lease agreement and a homestead tax credit reimbursement to James Finley for the amount of $325 for the claim of erroneous tax paid due to his homestead tax credit being removed in an error. They approved the final plat of River Run Industrial Park near Fairground Road to Eric Grubb.
