The City of Dallas Center has just one day left of their town celebration. 

The Dallas Center Fall Festival will have the theme of “Feelin Groovy in DC,” which is based on the hippy movement in the 1960s. The fall festival is a two day event, and today is the last day. . Organizer Lezlie Ellerman says all the activities will get started at 7am with the rotary pancake breakfast and there will be events running throughout the day until the fireworks at dusk. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio a unique thing they do today is the “Cow Pie Drop Fundraiser.” Ellerman explains more about it.
